Hi everyone! This is yet another scheduled post, when you guys are reading this I will be having fun with my best friend at Thorpe Park (next week’s will be the last of my scheduled TTT posts, as I’m heading back up to Uni, after that they will be as unplanned and spontaneous as they were before, thank goodness because this whole prior planning thing is very stressful!). Anyway, this week’s topic is a back to school related freebie (though I don’t actually head back to Uni until next week), so as my choice for this topic, I’ve decided to do Top Ten Characters I Would Loved To Have Gone To School With, as I thought that would be a fun topic to do and there are lots of characters from books that would have made my school days way more fun. So here we go, Top Ten Characters I Would Have Loved To Have Gone To School With:
- Hermione Granger-Harry Potter Series-JK Rowling
Who wouldn’t want to go to school with Hermione? If I went to school with her then that would mean I would go to Hogwarts right? I’m going to go with yes, if I went to school with Hermione I would be at Hogwarts. Plus she’s so smart, she could do my homework for me! (I mean she does Harry’s and Ron’s all the time in the books, so I’m sure mine would be NBD). And we could talk about books and magic and other cool stuff and it would be so much fun!
2. Fred and George Weasley-Harry Potter Series-JK Rowling
Again, going to school with these two would mean I’d be at Hogwarts, but also I reckon just being at school with Fred and George would be so much fun because they’d be pulling pranks all the time and it would be hilarious and they could teach me yes?
3. Percy Jackson-Percy Jackson Series-Rick Riordan
If we went to the same school we’d have a better chance of dating right? Plus trouble seems to follow Percy everywhere, so I reckon going to school with him would be a lot of fun. And maybe one day he could take me to Camp Half-Blood, that would be cool.
4. Belle-Beauty and The Beast
Okay so not a book character, but if I went to school with Belle then she could take me to see the library that the beast gave her (and then tell me how to get one of my own which is like my biggest dream ever) and we could talk about books all day whilst sitting reading her ginormous library. Ah bookworm goals!
5. The Gangsey-The Raven Cycle-Maggie Stiefvater
If I went to school with these guys, then I could go ley line and dead Welsh King hunting with them, how cool would that be? Plus, I could hang out at 300 Fox Way with Blue and her family which would be awesome. I could learn how to read Tarot Cards and go exploring all over Virginia…….yup I would definitely love to have gone to school with these guys (Sure Aglionby is a boys’ school, but I’m sure we could change that…..)
6. Celaena Sardothien (Aelin Galathynius)-Throne of Glass Series
If we went to school together, she could teach me how to do cool assassiny things. And magic. And we could talk about books, and eat chocolate, and I could play with Fleetfoot, basically, we’d have a great time.
7. Liesel Meminger-The Book Thief-Markus Zusak
Granted, I’d rather we went to the same school in my decade rather than hers, because I wouldn’t want to live in 1930s Germany, but I’d love to go to school with Liesel, we could talk about books and she could teach me German.
8. Amy Fleming-Heartland-Lauren Brooke
If I had gone to school with Amy and we had been friends, we could have gone riding together (which would be a lot of fun) and I could watch her work with problem horses and maybe even learn some natural horsemanship which would be awesome.
9. Luna Lovegood-Harry Potter-JK Rowling
Because Luna is awesome and I would love to hang out with her, I reckon you’d learn something new and crazy and awesome every day and it would just be so much fun to hang out with her.
10. Neville Longbottom-Harry Potter-JK Rowling
I love Neville, he’s so cute and you just want to give him a hug. Plus he got really hot by seventh year! And he’s awkward and adorable and brave and just generally such a lovely person, I would have loved to go to school with him.

I would have been able to attend school with Hermione and the Hogwarts gang if they had managed to send that owl. I just don’t know how they were able to botch it.
Gangsey! I’ve not heard that term before, it’s such a nice way to describe the Raven Cycle group. They would be fun to hangout with! Though I’m not sure about attending Aglionby.
Neither do I. I mean it’s been almost nine years, that is an incredibly slow owl! Unfortunately it’s not something I came up with, I think it’s a Tumblr term! Yes they would. Yeah, I’m starting to rethink that one!

I’m surprised you didn’t add Harry and Ron to go to school with but that would be convenient lol. And I’d love to see Hermione, Neville and Luna in school too! And I noticed you did armchair BEA this year and last year, how does that work? I live in NJ which is near NYC but I could never afford to actually go. So if I could do ABEA, that would be fun too π
